EQUIPMENT All our manual
assemblies are made in chain, arranging to it of 8 applicable
assembly lines according to the necessities of our clients.
Also we have a line totally automated to make the assembly,
weld, review verification in line, with a total capacity
Maxima of 17,500 componts/hour to the assembly of great
series.
1. - Manual assembly line and weld by wave composed
by:
- 1 machine of weld of double wave SEHO
mod. 8040 with nitr. atmosphere, product identification
by bar code and application of flux por espumación
or spray.
- 6 manual assembly lines that provide
different products from the unidad of weld with capacity
for 27,300 comp/h distributed in 6 different productos
2. - Manual assembly line and weld by
wave composed by:
- 1 machine to weld of double wave OSL
mod. APPEARANCE 183.
- 1 manual assembly line with capacity
for 17,500 comp/h.
3. - Manual assembly line and weld by wave (at
the moment transferred to another one centro of work) composed
by:
- 1 machine to weld of double wave SOLTEC
mod. 6522.
- 1 manual assembly line with capacity
for 7,800 comp/h
With regards to the review of circuits, we arrange of respective
completely equipped jobs with soldering irons marks WELLER,
repair equipment of SMD, magnifying glasses MANTIS and LUXOR.
All our positions are equipped with antistatic protection.
We made any type of verification of circuits, or functional
using an equipment of test of manufacture specific, or parametric
at level of components through our equipment of "in
circuit test":
- 1 machine TESCOM up to 1000 points of test.
- 1 machine Checksum up to 1000 points of test
