SMD SECTION
We have 6 complete assembly
lines of SMD components equipped with latest technology.
These assembly lines permit us to assemble components both
on component faces as well as soldering and any type of
encapsulation, from 0402 chips to 50 mm and 0,4 pitch QPP's.
We are capable of producing 1,300,000
components daily.
MACHINERY
OF INSERTION OF CONVENTIONAL COMPONENTS
We have seven complete lines of SMD, that allow us to include
from the assembly of preliminary series and small series
to great productions, and from components in encapsulation
chip (possibility of 0402) to QFPs and PLCC of 30 0603 mm
and pitch of 0.4 mm (balance by control vision), with total
a real capacity of 2,100,000 of components to the day.
All our machinery is of last technology and marks of recognized
prestige in precision terms, yield and quality.
